After more than a decade working across brand strategy, product launches, and marketing operations, I’ve learned that these problems usually come down to structure, how the business is positioned, how customers encounter it, and how the journey from interest to inquiry actually works.

My career has spanned creative leadership, marketing strategy, and operational roles inside large organizations, as well as building a consumer brand myself. I’ve worked on integrated campaigns, complex product launches, and the day-to-day realities of running a small business.

That combination allows me to approach strategy from both sides, understanding the big picture while also recognizing the practical constraints businesses face.
